Serving at the 13th Black Wall Street Heritage & History Festival
Parkers Hope for Mental Wellness is proud to highlight its participation in the 13th Black Wall Street Heritage & History Festival on February 7, 2026. During this meaningful community event, our team volunteered to help serve food and support programming in honor of Billie Ruth Parker, a respected community leader whose legacy continues to inspire service, connection, and cultural pride.
We are honored to be part of events that celebrate history, strengthen community ties, and create opportunities to serve alongside others who are committed to preserving the legacy of Black Wall Street. Experiences like this reflect the importance of showing up, giving back, and supporting the people and stories that shape our communities.
The Black Wall Street Heritage & History Festival is an annual celebration of Black culture, history, creativity, and community in Tulsa. The event brings together authors, artists, performers, vendors, and supporters for a day of learning, reflection, and cultural pride.
Each year, the festival highlights the legacy of Black Wall Street while creating space for conversation, connection, and community engagement. Through music, poetry, storytelling, and local business participation, the event honors the past and uplifts the voices shaping the future.
