Support Groups: Regularly scheduled groups offering education, encouragement, and peer support for issues such as grief, stress management, emotional wellness, trauma recovery, healthy coping skills, and personal growth.
Case Management: Personalized care coordination to help individuals access community resources, navigate behavioral health and social service systems, develop individualized service plans, and connect with housing, employment, healthcare, educational, and other supportive services.
Crisis Intervention: Immediate assistance for individuals experiencing acute emotional distress, providing stabilization, safety planning, and referrals to appropriate resources and ongoing care.
Resource Referrals: Connections to additional mental health services, psychiatric care, community resources, and specialized treatment programs based on individual needs.
