Latia Parker Launches “Breaking the Cycle” Monthly Column in IMPACT405

Parkers Hope for Mental Wellness CEO and licensed therapist Latia Parker has debuted a thought-leadership column in IMPACT405 titled “Breaking the Cycle: Growing Up With Dysfunction Without Letting It Define You.” In this forward-thinking monthly feature, Parker leverages her clinical expertise and lived experience to illuminate pathways from trauma to triumph, equipping readers with practical strategies for resilience and self-actualization.

Each installment blends candid narrative with evidence-based frameworks—covering topics such as boundary setting, cognitive reframing, and adaptive self-care rituals—alongside targeted journaling prompts designed to convert adversity into agency. As Parker explains, “My past shaped me, but it doesn’t define me. I became the person I once needed.”

The column’s inaugural issue (July) appears on pages 88–89 of the IMPACT405 Flipbook, offering a blueprint for reclaiming one’s voice after surviving dysfunction. Parker’s mission is to forge a cross-demographic community—spanning young adults, professionals, and those still healing in silence—where shared stories of redemption catalyze collective growth.

Parkers Hope extends its gratitude to Angela Hein and the IMPACT405 editorial team for amplifying narratives of healing, hope, and human potential. Stay tuned each month for Parker’s next deep dive into the art and science of turning pain into power.
