Honoring Youth Leadership at the Sapulpa Black History Program

Parkers Hope for Mental Wellness is proud to highlight Kailynne Parker-White, one of our youth board members, for her leadership in the annual Sapulpa Black History Program. As president of the Sapulpa NAACP Program, Kailynne helps facilitate this meaningful event each year for students and faculty at Sapulpa High School, creating space to honor Black history, celebrate culture, and inspire the next generation.

Guest speaker Dr. Erica Townsend-Bell, associate professor of political science and director of the Center for Africana Studies in the College of Arts and Sciences at Oklahoma State University, contributed to this year’s program with her voice and leadership. Parkers Hope is honored to celebrate Kailynne’s service and the continued impact of this important community event.
